Returns:

- Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- Items that are non-returnable include sale items, customized products, or products with a hygiene seal that has been opened.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product, please return it in the same manner as a return. You can then place a new order for the item you’d like.
